Laura Friedel, is a partner and chair of the firm’s Employment & Executive Compensation Group. She helps businesses maximize their most important and often trickiest asset – their employees. Laura works with companies to develop employment documents, policies and practices that improve employee relations while protecting the company’s investment in its people and minimizing legal risk. When disputes arise, Laura works closely with clients to determine their business goals relating to the claim and then targets the litigation, arbitration or settlement discussions to meet those goals. And when a union is involved (or is seeking to insert itself), Laura helps companies understand and meet their obligations under labor laws while still adhering to their larger business goals.
Peter Donati is a partner in the firm’s Employment & Executive Compensation Group. He represents employers and senior executives in the areas of employment law, labor law, and executive compensation.
Peter has extensive experience in a wide range of employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims, employment contract disputes, and claims involving restrictive covenants.
Ken Kneubuhler is a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group, the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Group and the Labor & Employment Group. He has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of employee benefit, executive compensation, and ESOP matters.
